A confirmed booking requires a 20% advance payment via online transfer at the time of booking.
The remaining 80% payment must be made via online transfer one day before check-in or at the time of vehicle check-in, whichever is agreed upon during booking.
Travelers must share the screenshot or proof of the payment once the transaction is completed.
No cash payments will be accepted.
For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of the tour date), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Stay Policy
If the customer requests a change in the pre-booked stay due to personal preference, additional charges for the changes will apply.
If the change in stay is necessitated due to issues or problems with the originally booked stay (e.g., cleanliness, safety concerns, etc.), no additional charges will be applied for arranging alternative accommodations.
The company will make every effort to resolve stay-related issues promptly, but availability of alternative accommodations is subject to the matter of location and timing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Cancellation 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund of the advance.
-No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 5 days or less after vehicle check-in.
-In case of no-shows, no refunds will be issued.
Itinerary Changes and Responsibilities
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If any changes are made to the itinerary or the allotted places by the traveler or due to unforeseen conditions, the company will not be held responsible for the inconvenience caused.
The company does not guarantee coverage of all listed places if delays or external factors occur.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
The package includes only the items explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.
The package excludes personal expenses, meals which is not mentioned, entry fees, and any additional costs incurred.
Responsibility and Liability
The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Health and Safety Policy
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
The company will not be held responsible for any health issues arising during the trip.
The company is not liable for health issues or injuries sustained during the tour.
Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain decorum and follow the guide’s instructions.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
Group Booking Rules
The package rates are based on group size. Any reduction in group members after booking may result in revised rates for the remaining members.
Group bookings require a single point of contact to communicate with the company regarding payments, itinerary changes, or other concerns.
Group Dynamics and Behavior
All group members must adhere to the code of conduct during the tour. Any disruptive behavior (e.g., excessive noise, inappropriate behavior) may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Punctuality is mandatory for all group members to maintain the schedule. Delays caused by individuals may lead to skipping parts of the itinerary.
The tour operator reserves the right to combine small groups with others to optimize resources and costs unless the group has paid for a private tour.
Shared Responsibility and Liability
The company is not responsible for conflicts or disagreements within the group.
Any damages caused to accommodations, vehicles, or venues by a group member will be the collective responsibility of the group, and charges will apply.
Seat Allocation and Room Sharing
Seats in the vehicle and rooms at accommodations will be allocated as per availability and group size.
Room-sharing preferences must be communicated in advance. The company is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to uncommunicated arrangements.
Itinerary Customization for Groups
Customization requests for group tours must be communicated during booking. Changes made after confirmation may incur additional charges.
If group members request unplanned deviations from the itinerary during the tour, the company may accommodate them subject to feasibility, additional charges, and the agreement of the majority.
Fitness Requirements
All group members must ensure they are physically fit for the activities included in the itinerary.
For treks, hikes, or other physically demanding activities, it is the group’s responsibility to disclose any health concerns in advance.
Transportation and Luggage

Any requests for deviations or additional stops by individual group members will not be entertained unless agreed upon by the entire group and approved by the company.
If an individual group member opts out of any scheduled activity or visit, no refund or compensation will be provided for the unused portion of the itinerary.
Walkable Distances in the Itinerary
Certain attractions or activities in the itinerary may require short to moderate walks from the parking area or drop-off point.
Travelers must ensure they are physically capable of walking these distances. The company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by walking requirements.
Requests for alternative transportation or special arrangements for walkable distances must be communicated at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
Travelers are advised to wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking and carry water for hydration.
Misbehavior and Conduct
All travelers are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the tour.
Any form of misbehavior, including but not limited to abusive language, violence, intoxication, or any actions that disrupt the group or tour experience, will not be tolerated.
In case of misbehavior, the company reserves the right to remove the offending individual from the tour, without any refund or compensation.
The company is not liable for any consequences arising from misbehavior, including but not limited to interactions with local authorities, other travelers, or service providers.
Travelers will be held responsible for any damage or harm caused by their misbehavior, and the company may impose additional charges for any resulting costs.
Sharing of Personal Details and Misbehavior by Others
Travelers are advised not to share their personal details (such as contact information, accommodation details, or financial information) with other tour participants, drivers, or guides unless necessary.
If a traveler shares their personal details with others outside the group or tour, and the individual misbehaves or causes any issues after the trip, the company will not be responsible for any consequences arising from such interactions.
The company is not liable for any disputes, misbehavior, or damage caused by individuals who were not part of the original tour group.
Any personal issues arising after the trip due to sharing details with others are solely the responsibility of the individual traveler.
Liability for Accidents or Fatalities
The company takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of travelers during the tour. However, travelers participate at their own risk.
The company will not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or fatalities that occur during the trip, whether caused by natural circumstances, negligence, or actions of third parties.
Travelers are strongly advised to have personal health and travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents, including accidents or fatalities.
In case of emergencies, the company will assist in facilitating necessary support, such as contacting emergency services or family members, but will not bear any financial or legal responsibility.
